The third most important thing to becoming a balanced Christian is exercise.

Experts say that exercise is great for emotional and mental health. I have never done studies in this area but in my Christian journey I have found that keeping fit makes my body feel great. No longer am I sluggish and tired all the time, but I have been able to do all that the Lord has planned for me on a daily basis.
